- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called and realized I called the wrong number, I needed Southwest Walk In Care, let me just say before I even got to complete my sentence the person on the line just hung up with no "let me see if I can assist you" or maybe a simple "yes this is the wrong number" , there were nothing like that. Rude, Rude Rude. I called on 9/19 at 2:20 Central time. She is not customer oriented. If you don't like working with customers, then get a job that doesn't deal with answering phones or have any interaction with people, what started off as a good day can be ruin by people like you.August 31, 2017by Laurie Hopper
